The site fee covers the lease and will be processed by direct debit from your nominated bank account each fortnight. It covers upkeep of all the gardens and common areas and use of facilities and the day to day running of Peninsula Parklands. The site fees are restricted to a minimal 4% annual increase, so there are no surprises. You will not need to pay any type of body corporate fees.
Depending on your personal financial circumstances, you may be eligible for Federal Government Rental Assistance to reduce the site fee. You will need to contact Centrelink or Veterans Affairs to find out what you are entitled to receive.
